Role: IT Support Engineer
Salary: £25K DOE
Location: Birmingham
An outstanding opportunity has arisen for an IT Support Technician at a rapidly growing MSP based in the Birmingham area. This role will be based with in a very fast paced helpdesk, supporting over 1400 users to over 60 clients. In addition to this, you will be the forefront of hardware repairs and maintenance to business networks. Role Responsibilities:
** Provide proficient and effective IT support to various users
** Be involved in the various IT projects the business has.
** Be a fast thinker and be fast to resolve complicated IT issues.
** Work with the latest technologies, systems and platforms within IT.
** Resolve user hardware and software issues
Key Skills:
** Windows 10
** Windows Server
** Office365 / Exchange
** VMware / Hyper V
** Active Directory / Azure
** Networking
It would be beneficial if you come from a MSP background, however this role would suit anyone who is used to working in a fast paced , technical environment.
