IT Service Desk Manager
Location: Wolverhampton
Position: IT Service Desk Manager
Salary: Upto £65,000 DOE
I am looking for an IT Professional to join a successful, fast growing MSP based in Wolverhampton on a permanent basis. They are looking to add an IT Service Desk Manager to the team to oversee the IT operations across the business, as well as creating training plans for the IT Engineers. You will report directly to the Managing Director of the business and will be asked to create and implement OLA's and KPI's, to help create a good structurte to the business. You will be responsible to be service desk manager across the Wolverhampton and London office, with frequent travel to London required.

Role Responsibilities:
** Act as a leader across two sites, managing a team of engineers efficiently
** Create training plans for engineers to help develop and progress,
** Monitor and implement KPI's for engineers.
** Lead projects across the business as and when is needed
** Create and present weekly & monthly reports
** Track changes and improvements needed across the business
Skills from you:
** Management / leadership experience with in a service desk enviroment
** Cloud Based Technology - Azure / Private Cloud / AWS
** Windows Server and Windows 10
** Active Directory and Azure
** Office 365 and Exchange
** VMWare / Hyper V
** Hardware installs & maintenance
This position will be well suited to someone that is from a MSP background and will be essensial to be from this enviroment. THe perefect candidate will also be organised, methodical and forward thinking - as you will be given the opportunity to really make this position your own and lead the IT department from the front.
