Role: IT Support Engineer
Location: Harrogate
Salary: £26K
I am looking for a dependable, organised team player to join a busy School in Harrogate on a permanent basis as an IT Support Engineer. This is a varied position that will allow you to get hands on technically from day 1, working closely alongside the Network manager to ensure the smooth running of all IT across the business - an exciting opportunity for someone wanting to expand their knowledge and get stuck in.

Role Requirements:
** Work closely with the IT Network Manager to ensure the smooth running of all IT Systems, Networks and Infrastructure across the School - shadowing him on more complex issues to build your knowledge and expertise
** Act as the 1st point of call for all logged IT issues, dealing with this to resolution or escalating to the Network Manager when necessary
** Carry out Server / Infrastructure / Hardware / Software repairs and upgrades
** Implement changes and make recommendations on hardware and software
