IT Administrator- Knutsford, Cheshire- £25,000
Role: IT Administrator
Salary: £18,000-£25,000

An amazing opportunity at a great MSP client of mine based in Knutsford. They are looking for an IT Administrator to join their team on a permanent basis. The ideal person will be an ambitious, well organised and passionate individual who is keen to take ownership of this role and make it their own!

As this person you will support the service desk in answering client calls and delegating/escalating tickets to the correct levels of support, the general administration for the IT Team and wider business. This candidate will report directly to the managing director and lease with customers.

Responsibilities:
* Answering customer and client calls and logging tickets to delegate/escalate to the relevant levels of support
* Accept deliveries and prepare equipment for the pre-build of hardware by the IT Team
* Responsible for the warranty maintenance of IT equipment
* Administration of client invoices and statement queries
* Communicate with clients and solve queries in a professional manner
* Take ownership of their role and provide suggestions for improvements of the current day to day running of the business
* Consolidate and generate figures through an automated system at the beginning of the month
* The opportunity to get involved with 1st line support and technical issues

Experience Required:
* Ideally working or previously have worked in an IT/MSP environment
* Previous IT Administration experience
* Excellent oral and written communication skills
* Great attention to detail
* Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word, Excel
* Ability to prioritise own workload
