Helpdesk Engineer
Position: Helpdesk Engineer
Location: Mayfair, London
Salary: £25K - £27K DOE
I am currently working with an MSP client who are partnered with the worlds leading software and hardware manufacturers, they deliver 1st class service to some of the most respected brands globally. My client is looking to employ a 1st Line Helpdesk Engineer to join their award winning team and hit the ground running through offering top of the line support.
Essential Skills:
- Office 365 - General Administration, Security & Compliance experience preferred
- Azure AD
- Windows Server - Active Directory/Group Policy
- Windows 10/11 & MacOS install/management
- Understanding of networking (router, switches, etc)
Desirable Skills:
- Cisco Meraki
- InTune
- VOIP configuration
