Head of Risk and Compliance - Remote - £60,000+
📝 Role: Head of Risk and Compliance
🌏 Location: Remote
💲 Salary: £60,000 +
Job Purpose:
* Responsible for providing high level direction to the Company's Senior Management team in relation to risk related matters
* Holding ethical integrity of the company
* Monitoring business operations, ensuring business operations are compliant with all legal requirements
* Exposure to Corporate governance, Information Security, Regulatory compliance, and Operational risk
* Provide Risk management guidance
* Provide practical advice and support - offering clarity of regulatory issues
* Consult senior level stakeholders across organisation
* Communicate with all companies' employees
* Ensure that on-going data requirements are clearly specified
Previous Experience:
* Holds FCA Certified status
* Holds DPO status
* ISO27001/ PCI DSS/ Cyber Essentials
* Experience in appropriate legislation and regulations
* Ability to communicate and influence with senior level colleagues
* Relationship with stakeholder management
* Commercial Awareness
* Risk Analysis exposure
* Data exposure
* At least 2 years in a compliance-based role
