Location: Leeds (Flex. Remote)
Salary: £27-35K DOE
Our client, a highly ambitious Cybersecurity outfit based in Leeds is looking for equally ambitious IT leaders to join them in an exciting period of growth. They have disrupted the market by providing a product enabling businesses to upskill their employees in the area of Cybersecurity.
As the Head of Product Success, you will be setting an example for top quality customer satisfaction when dealing with support queries, and effectively communicating the vision that YOU will have planned and strategized. The position will enable you to grow a large team around you, working closely with Data, Development, Sales, and Marketing teams.
You will be reporting to the CEO in planning and executing the product strategy and roadmap to ensure customer satisfaction and growth.
The Ideal Candidate:
- 2-3 years in a similar position
- A natural leader, with strong experience in IT support positions.
- An effective communicator, and ability to collaborate with various departments
Desirable:
- Experience with .NET/Json/Quicksight/AWS
- A background in Cybersecurity
