Graduate Recruitment Scheme in Manchester - £20,000 - £25,000K plus up to 25% commission.

We offer a fast-track to management, typically within 12 months but some consultants can do this quicker! Some of our consultants have recently flew over to the US to pusure their career in recruitment in our office based in Downtown Austin, Texas. This could be you!
Your role as a Graduate Recruitment Consultant -
- Engaging with clients to gain understanding of their wants and needs for the company.
- Knowing role requirements.
- Advertising new roles and shortlisting the suited candidates.
- Providing professional advice to candidates and clients.
- Selling ITECCO as a company to build long term relationships.
