Graduate Data Analyst - Remote Working (London-Based) - £30,000
We are looking for enthusiastic Graduate Data Analysts to join a growing international organization, who are a leading provider in delivering the latest in customer facing AI communication technology.
Chances are you or someone you know has had a conversation with their technology without even knowing it.
Starting as an Analyst, you will be given a fantastic foundation with which to build a career into any direction within the company from; Software Development and Artificial Intelligence or DevOps (look it up), to perhaps even Marketing, maybe Sales, or possibly Customer Success.
They offer a friendly and flexible working environment that is currently 100% remote with regular visits to their London based clients such as BT and Sky.
In this role you will:
** Working with the Customer Success and Sales teams to design and build the specification for new proactive conversations, both for new and existing clients
** Being responsible for building and configuring new proactive conversations product, as well as making tweaks to existing ones (none of which requires you to be a software developer)
** Analyzing the performance of proactive conversations to ensure KPIs are being met and to identify improvement opportunities (some of this can be done using their reporting tool, but some will need more hands-on analytics), and taking this right through into presentation of findings.

** Quantitative analysis using Excel (any skills in quantitative tools such as R, MATLAB, or Python an added bonus)
** Familiarity with SQL
** Familiarity with Java and/or C#
