First Line Support Engineer

Role: First Line Support Engineer

Location: Hounslow, West London

Salary: up to £30,000 DOE

I am working with a global market leader in manufacturing, development and sales who have consecutively been listed on the Forbes Most Innovative Companies year on year since start up. They are looking to employ a First Line Support Engineer to be the first point of contact for any issues and queries for the UK and IE offices.

The successful candidate will be enthusiastic and engage with the team well while having a true passion for IT and delivering top of the line support. Ideally they are looking for a candidate with 1-2 years' experience, however this isn't a necessity as all training will be provided on the job, a passion for IT and the drive to learn combined with great communications is what you need to bring!

Daily Responsibilities:

  • Inventory management
  • Infrastructure and security support
  • Network support
  • Management of Active Directory, Office 365, Windows 10/11 and Exchange
  • Involvement in projects
  • Installation of IT workstations
