Role: 1st Line Support Engineer
Location: North London
Salary: up to £30,000 DOE
My client, who are in customer communications, are looking for a 1st Line Support Engineer to join them onsite. You will have the opportunity to assist on projects and grow your skills with development and training. Your day to day will look like; taking ownership of support calls, oversee user accounts in Active Directory and accommodate senior IT staff with various rollouts and projects.
-22 days holiday plus bank holidays
-PC, Laptop, Tablet and Printer hardware.
-Basic TCP/IP networking
-Ability to troubleshoot and problem solve
-Windows 10 and Apple Mac Desktop Support
-Mobile Device Management systems
-VoIP telephony systems
-Microsoft Office 365
