ERP Support Engineer
Role: ERP Support Engineer
Location: West London
Salary: £40,000 - £45,000 DOE
An award-winning MSP client of mine are looking to employ an ERP Support Engineer for one of their leading high end fashion clients based in West London on a permanent basis. The job will entail assisting with the implementation of their new ERP system (Zedonk) and providing day to day support. You will also liaise with key stakeholders and ensure a smooth operation of the system.
The successful candidate will provide both functional and system expertise while assisting with the technical team during the system implementation, you will make recommendations on best practices. Ideally you will also have experience in ERP support within the fashion/retail industry.
Responsibilities:
- ERP support UK users
- Troubleshoot ERP issues
- Document end to end requirements
- Liaise with Project Managers, Microsoft and other partners
- System configurations and set ups
- Onboard and offboard new users
- Conduct meetings to share findings
Desirable tool/software experience:
- Zedonk
- Xero
- TIBCO
- Warehouse system management (ALPI)
- Adobe Creative
- BI platforms (Power BI & Tableau)
