Role: IT Deployment Engineer

My client, who are a fast-growing and cloud-focused MSP, are looking for a Deployment Engineer to join their tech team on a permanent basis. They have grown their business revenue from £10 Million to £30 Million in under 3 years.
Responsibilities:
* Defining the approach & delivering end user device builds for the group
* Working alongside junior members and exploring more efficient methods of working
* Complete end user device builds using WDS and InTune
* Introduce new ways of working to enhance the end user device builds process
* Provide onsite assistance for customers for pickups, drop-offs and other jobs
* Deliver exceptional customer service
Core skills:
* Microsoft windows deployment
* WDS
* MDT
* SCCM
* Active Directory/Group policy
* Azure Active Directory
* Office 365
* Exchange account administration
* End-user application installation/configuration
* Antivirus (Sophos)
* General software/hardware troubleshooting
Desirable:
* Intune/Autopilot or similar MDM solutions
* Small scale project management experience
* Basic understanding of virtualisation
* Basic understanding of firewalls
* Basic understanding of networking
