Job description

My client is a Charity based in Central London (Notting Hill) and is seeking Data Engineer who will be responsible for managing and maintaining the interconnectivity between the company's data warehouse and related software, including Management Information Systems. The role is mainly remote with only 2 days in the office each week. The salary for the role is between £45,000 - £50,000.

The charity has ambitious plans to embed advanced analytical practices to help us develop and optimise their data architecture, pipeline and flows so that they continue to support the network's analytics and reporting needs.

Required Skills

  • Advanced SQL skills
  • Maintaining Data Pipelines
  • In-depth knowledge of relational database systems
  • Working knowledge of modelling database tools
  • Experience with database security management
  • Experience of ETL and replication technologies
  • Experience of Linux or Windows production environments

Desirable

  • Experience with data consumption tooling (Tableau/Power BI/Alteryx)
  • Experience with cloud based ETL tooling (AWS/Azure/GCP)
