Data Analyst - Hybrid - £45,000
Role: Data Analyst
Location: Hybrid, 3 days WFH (Offices in London OR Petersfield)
Salary: £40 - 45,000
Sponsorship: Cannot be provided
We are looking for an experienced Data Analyst to one of the world's leading customer review platforms. With an expanding client base, and the high demand this entails they are looking to grow out their data science and insight ream and so they need someone to join ASAP. If you're an individual who loves helping businesses achieve their objectives through a combination of marketing, data analysis and data driven problem solving, then you may be a perfect fit!
👓Specifically, the role will involve:
- Liaising with both internal stakeholders and clients to understand business requirements and help drive business forward
- Maintain and develop existing dashboards to continue to provide insights to clients to help improve relations with customers
- Work with clients across a range of different industries to provide insight on customer behaviour and opinion, product performance and customer retention.
🚀We're excited if you have:
- Background - Some commercial experience in a Data / Commercial Analyst role or solid technical background
- Data Analysis - experience in developing / maintaining dashboards, to provide insight to business leaders
- Visualisation tools - Tableau (preferred) OR Tableau
- Programming languages - SQL
- Technical Translator - A structured thinker with the ability to clarify and simplify complex solutions to achieve business insights. Good data story-teller that explains the data science to non-tech people
