3rd Line Technical Services Engineer
Position: 3rd Line Technical Services Engineer
Location: Wimbledon, London
Salary: Up to £50k DOE
I am currently working with an MSP client partnered with Microsoft who are looking to employ a 3rd Line Technical Services Engineer too join their growing tech department. They offer support for infrastructure, Office 365, security, servers, backups etc. to companies across the UK.
My client believes in investing in their team, they promote internally and offer fully funded training courses for Microsoft, VMWare, Cisco, Citrix and SonicWall certifications.
Experience in as many of the following areas as possible is desirable:
- Microsoft Windows Server technologies
- Scoping & implementing Intel based server hardware
- Networking - LANs, WANs, Firewalls, VPNs, Cisco preferred
- Virtualisation (both Hyper-V & VMWare), Storage, Disaster Recovery, Scoping hardware requirements
- Migrations - Windows Server, Exchange Server, Remote Desktop Services, Microsoft Office, Office 365
- Storage systems (NetApp preferable)
- Citrix XenApp
- Microsoft Azure IAAS and PAAS environments
- Project planning & implementation
