3rd Line Support Engineer

Role: 3rd Line Support Engineer
Location: Reading, Berkshire
Salary: up to £40,000 DOE


My client, a well-established and growing Managed Service Provider in Reading, is looking for a 3rd Line Support Engineer to join their technical team on a permanent basis. The business requires a confident individual to provide technical support on a 3rd line basis to their clients while handling escalations and projects. They have been providing IT Support across the South East for over 10 years, and have continued to grow year upon year!

You will be responsible for BAU support as well as taking part and managing projects on client sites from time to time. This will be a busy, fast-paced role where you will gain exposure to a lot of the newest technology!

Experience needed:
- Previous experience within a Senior level or 3rd Line role
- Windows Server 2012 R2 and above administration
- In-depth Office365 experience
- Azure / AWS
- Knowledge of Networking - DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, VPN, Router Switches, Firewalls
- PowerShell and Scripting Skills
- Active Directory and Exchange
