Role: Line Support Engineer
Location: Wythenshawe, Manchester
Salary: £37,000 DOE

My client, who are a fast-growing and cloud-focused MSP, are looking for a 3rd Line Support Engineer to join their tech team on a permanent basis. They have grown their business revenue from £10 Million to £30 Million in under 3 years and have big plans to continue their success!

Working as a 3rd Line Support Engineer, you will act as the escalation point for 1st and 2nd Line engineers - mentoring and coaching your colleagues as well as providing 3rd Line Support on the service desk.
