Position: 3rd Line IT Support Engineer
Location: London (Remote)
Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 DOE + Excellent Benefits
A long-standing National IT Service Provider based in West London is currently expanding and on the lookout for a 2nd/3rd Line IT Engineer to join their established team. This exciting new role is fully remote based and offers flexible working hours that work around you. You will be the final escalation point, dealing with 2nd and 3rd line issues exclusively on a reactive basis.
What this Position Will Entail:
* Providing 2nd/3rd Line IT support to different clients
* Dealing with high priority tickets
* Troubleshooting and resolving IT issues
* Occasional project work at customer sites
Key Skills:
* Windows Server 2016 / 2019
* Windows 10 / 11
* Office 365
* Teams / OneDrive / SharePoint
* Azure
* Networking (Cisco/SonicWALL)
