Role: 2nd/3rd Line Support Engineer
Location: Banstead, Surrey
Salary: up to £40,000 DOE


One of my best MSP clients is welcoming a 2nd/3rd Line Support Engineer to join their team on a permanent basis! The next 12 months will be the most exciting time for this company, as they are partnering with the biggest names in the tech world!

No two days will be the same in the role! One day, you can be visiting a client site, which includes movie studios, a lawyer's office, and many more. Next, you'll be fully involved and potentially leading project work, including migrations and installations. To end the week, all the team get together for a social!

If you are a team player, love to socialise, and have a passion to become the best IT Engineer you can be, this role is perfect for you!

You will be based within the Banstead head office, providing 2nd/3rd Line Support with the below experience:

-Office 365
-Azure
-Active Directory
-Project work
-Networking knowledge (desirable)
-Exchange
-MSP Experience
-Excellent communication skills
-MSP-based ticketing systems
