A UK200-listed law firm are looking for a Second Line Support engineer to join their team on a permanent basis. In this position you will act as a Service Desk Analyst, resolving 2nd Line tickets for onsite and remote users. This opportunity allows the successful candidate to work with the latest technologies and genuinely progress. A recent success story has seen one of their service desk engineers moving to their development team.

Experience or knowledge needed for the Service Desk Analyst (2nd Line) position:
- Active directory
- Office 365
- Windows Servers
- Networking- LAN/WAN DHCP/DNS
- VEEAM Backups
