Role: 1st/2nd Line Support Engineer
Location: Kent (Hybrid!)
Salary: up to £34,000 DOE
A thriving client, who are financial focused, are looking for a 2nd Line Support Engineer to join them on a permanent basis. You will have the opportunity to grow your skills and knowledge with training. Your day to day will look like; being involved in cloud-based projects, assist with user training, and diagnosing and fixing network problems and hardware/software faults.
-25 days holiday, plus bank holidays
-Exposure to networking
-Basic TCP/IP knowledge
-Microsoft Exchange (user creation & troubleshooting)
-Microsoft Windows Desktop
-Excellent communication skills
-Understanding of Infrastructure & Networks
-Mobile device management
