2nd Line Support Technician- Hazel Grove, Stockport- £30,000-HYBRID

Role:2nd Line IT support Engineer

Location: Hazel Grove, Stockport

Salary- £25,000-£30,000

One of my best MSP clients are now ready to add to their growing team and want a 2nd Line Support Engineer to join their technical team on a permanent basis.

This is a great opportunity for an ambitious individual who can take charge of situation and use their own initiative to improve processes and contribute to how the business is run. The ideal candidate will be eager to progress and seeking longevity in their career this is also a great role for someone keen to move up the ranks of support and take on leadership responsibilities in the near future.

You must have a driving license for this role.

Day To Day:

  • Working on the service desk resolving 1st/2nd line issues and escalating issues to 3rd line engineers.
  • Interacting with customers face to face, via email and on the telephone.
  • Work as part of a team to contribute to their culture and provide an excellent service.
  • Visit client sites to participate in projects such as server upgrades and hardware builds.
