Role: 2nd Line Support
Location: East Central, London
Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 DOE

My client a data center who provides innovative data center campuses to hyperscalers, cloud providers and enterprises are looking to hire a 2nd Line Support Engineer to join their team on a permanent basis.

Experience needed:
- Commercial Internal Support experience
- Active directory/ Azure / Virtualisation software
- Ticketing systems such as Zendesk, Connect wise, ServiceNow etc
- Exchange 365 / Outlook / Office 365
- Windows / Mac OS
- Linux exposure
