Role: 2nd Line Support Engineer
Location: Birkenhead, Wirral
One of my best clients are looking for a 2nd Line Support Engineer to join their team on a permanent basis. You will be part of a modern, forward-thinking company who are known to take pride in their staff and their progression.
You will be providing on-site and remote troubleshooting with some training/mentoring within a busy service desk environment.
We are looking for someone with a positive attitude, technically savvy and has an enthusiasm for excellent customer service.
** Windows 7/10
** Office 365
** Windows servers
** Windows infrastructure admin (DNS, DHCP, AD)
** Software deployment ie SCCM
** Networking ie TCP/IP, routing, vLANs
** VMWare vCenter 6.5
** Service desk operation
