2nd Line Support Engineer role

Role: 2nd Line Support
Location: Enfield, London
Salary: £30,000 - £40,000 DOE


My client a managed service provider who focus on Business Automation and Cyber Securty and have grown their cilents by 170% over the last 2 years and are theefore looking to hire a 2nd Line Support Engineer to join their team on a permanent basis. Your time will be split between the reactive support desk and performing technical work within the workshop. This is a fantasic opportunity for a candidate who wants to broaden their knowledge and skillset.

Experience needed:
- A minimum of a years experience troubleshooting in Windows/ Apple Mac desktop operating systems
- Microsoft Office 365
- Network troubleshooting with desktops
- Active directory
- Worked with ticketing systems such as Zendesk, Connect wise, ServiceNow etc
- Echange 365 / Outlook
- VOIP Telephone system
- Hyper V / VMWare / Vsphere
- Cyber secuirty knowledge
- Ability to manage customer expectations
