2nd Line Service Desk Analyst - London - Up to £30,000 DOE

Role: 2nd Line Service Desk Analyst
Location: Central London
Salary: £30,000 DOE


My MSP client is looking to hire a 2nd Line IT Support Technician to work as part of a team providing support on their fast-paced IT help desk. The company itself are well established in sectors of work such as Hospitality & Manufacturing Support. Here the progression opportunities are available to the candidate who shows their willingness to go the extra mile.
Day to day tasks will include finding solutions to technical issues, managing incidents, completing projects, capturing clients' requirements, and keeping up to date with IT Industry trends. It is essential that the candidate has a driving license to enable site visits on projects.
