Job description

Role: IT Support Technician
Location: York, England (Remote working available)
Salary: £23,000 - £27,000 DOE

My client is a FTSE 100 company and one of Europe's leading construction companies. Owing to significant investment into their IT department, they are looking to add a Second line IT Support Technician to their tech team. You will resolve second line tickets with excellent customer service, as well as visits to regional offices to provide on-site support.

Moreover, you will have you own development plan which will allow you to study for certifications as well as conducting project work with infrastructure engineers.

This role does offer HYBRID working!
