2nd Line Support Engineer
Role: 2nd Line Support Engineer
Location: East Central, London
Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 DOE

My client, who provide IT services and solutions to clients across the UK, is looking for a 2nd Line Support Analyst to join their tech team on a permanent basis. As part of the team, you will be responsible for providing technical support to external and internal users.

Experience needed:
- MSP experience (preferable)
- Office 365
- Azure
- Active Directory
- Ticketing systems
- Windows Server 2016/2019 exposure for configuration and troubleshooting
- Good knowledge of Networking including DNS, DHCP, VPN, TCP/IP, Subnets
- Security understanding - Anti- Virus, Firewalls, SPF/ DMARC
- Cloud Systems
- VMWare
