Role: 2nd Line Helpdesk Engineer

You will be given the chance to be part of an internal team of technical wizards, joining as a 2nd Line Helpdesk Engineer/Internal IT technician, supporting nearly 200 users. This can range from the Managing Director, CTO, CIO and the many incredible employees across the site.
After you have gone through extensive internal training and had the chance to settle into the team, you will then be given the chance to become a mentor and fast-track manager! This could be the ideal position if you are keen to become an IT Manager / IT Lead.
You will be based within the head office, providing 2nd line IT support:
- Office 365
- Application Support
- Windows Desktop Support
- Windows Servers
- VPN for remote access
If you have experience within an ITIL framework or 20000, 27001 this would be greatly beneficial.
