2nd Line Helpdesk Analyst - Education Sector

Role: 2nd Line Helpdesk Analyst
Location: Redditch
Salary: £28K DOE

A fantastic opportunity has arisen at a rapidly growing MSP in the education sector for a 2nd Line Helpdesk Analyst to join their vibrant team on a fulltime basis in the Redditch area. This role will see you be a senior member of the team and help guide and develop junior members. This role will see you take charge of complex queries and be the main escalation point for junior members of the team.

Role Responsibilities
** Be the escalation point for junior members of the team
** Providing project support remotely and onsite when needed
** Troubleshooting various software and hardware issues
** Help develop junior members of the team

This role is based in the education sector and will require a minimum of 2 years of experience working within a similar role based in this sector or a similar MSP.
