Role:2nd Line Support Engineer
Salary:£25,000-£28,000
Location:Oldham, Greater Manchester
My client a leading MSP based in Oldham, Greater Manchester are expanding their support team. They are looking for a 2nd Line IT Engineer to join them on a permanent basis to provide an outstanding level of support to their clients.

**1+ years in a 1st o 2nd line position ideally at an MSP
**Office 365/Sharepoint/Exchange
**Active Directory
**Group Policy
**Networking- knowledge of DHCP
**LAN/WAN
**Hyper V or Vmware or Horizon
**Routers/Switches experience
**Freshdesk
**VOIP,3CX
