Role: 2nd Line Support Engineer
Location: REMOTE
Salary: £28,000 - £32,000 DOE
My client is an MSP who deliver IT solutions for all organisations across the board. They are a small but growing team looking for a motivated candidate to join and excel as a 2nd Line Support Engineer.
All employees work remotely to provide cost effective IT Solutions to charitable organisations, voluntary organisations and businesses who are looking to reduce their IT carbon footprint. This opportunity will provide you with exposure to a variety of different technologies as they provide services to a vast amount of businesses.

Strong knowledge of:
- Microsoft technologies
- Office 365
- Hardware/Software
- Active Directory/Azure AD
- Backups
- Networking
- Meraki devices
- Routers, switches and firewalls
- Software packaging and deployment
- Project support
Would be an advantage to have:
- Experience in Connectwise manage
- VMware & Hyper-V setup, configuration and support
- Understanding of scripting languages
