2nd Line Engineer
Role: 2nd Line Engineer
Location: Central London (REMOTE)
Salary: £28,000 - £32,000 DOE
My client is an MSP who deliver IT solutions for all organisations across the board. They are looking for a candidate who has 1-2 years previous experience working within an MSP delivering 2nd Line Support.

Strong knowledge of:
- Microsoft technologies
- Office 365
- Active Directory
- Backups
- Meraki devices
- Routers, switches and firewalls
- Software packaging and deployment
- Project support
Would be an advantage to have:
- Experience in Connectwise manage
- VMware & Hyper-V setup, configuration and support
- Understanding of network infrastructure
- Understanding of scripting languages
