1st / 2nd Line Support Engineer - Coventry - £30K DOE

Role: 1st / 2nd Line Support Engineer
Location: Coventry
Salary: £30K DOE

I am looking for a driven 1st / 2nd Line Engineer to join a busy company in Coventry on a permanent basis. This company are looking for a team player who is self-reliant and confident, with a desire to excel and succeed in whatever they set their mind to. As the 1st / 2nd Line Support Engineer, you will be working closely with the IT Manager to provide remote and deskside support to hundreds of users based in Coventry and across the UK. This will be a hands-on position that will allow you to get involved from day 1!

Key Responsibilities
** Perform prioritized day-to-day operations such as solving computer problems on PC/Mac, peripherals, printers, software and phones. Liaising with external contractors as required.
** Perform setup and configuration of computers and laptops for users. Including installing software and configuring as requested by the end user.
** Assist management with long term upgrade projects to develop business systems
** Provide support to users via the telephone and via remote access software for the UK. (50 users over 3 sites)
