Role: 1st/2nd Line Support Engineer
Location: Cheadle, Stockport
One of my top MSP clients is looking for a 1st/2nd Line Support Engineer to join their team on a permanent basis. You will be part of a modern, forward-thinking company who pride themselves on investing in their staff and progressing people through the company.
Within the role itself, training will be offered regularly, alongside many progression opportunities.
We are looking for an individual that is self-motivated, well presented and feels passionate about their career in IT.

** Provide 1st/2nd line support externally
** Work as a team to record, track and update tickets
** Keep all relevant clients/ parties informed of processes
** Ensure that incoming requests are recorded on the logging system
** Manage incoming requests through to solution
** Install and configure hardware, software and networks
** Manage stocks of equipment and supplies
