Role: 1st Line Technical Support
Location: Basingstoke, Hampshire
Salary: up to £30,000 DOE!!

One of my best clients of mine is welcoming a 1st Line Support Technician to join their team on a permanent basis! You'll become an integral part of this rapidly expanding company, whose clients are growing every single day!
This role will expose you to hands-on training from day one! You will be mentored by team members, senior staff, and the manager! Let's not forget paid training courses along the way and personalised development plans with the manager.

You will be based within the Basingstoke office, providing 1st Line Technical Support with:
-Genuine interest in Audio Visual technologies
-Microsoft Office
-Excellent communication skills
-Customer Service skills
-Help Desk experience (desirable)
-Motivated work ethic
-Networking knowledge (desirable)
