Position: 1st Line IT Support Engineer
Location: Borehamwood, Watford
Salary: £21,000 - £25,000 + Paid for Certifications!
One of my best Clients in Watford are on the lookout for a 1st Line IT Support Engineer to join their close-knit IT Team. After already placing 3 IT Engineers in this company they are now looking for 2 more. This would be an amazing chance to get in at the ground level and be part of their next wave of growth, this really is an exciting time for them and you can make the difference!
The role:
To deliver outstanding customer service by understanding Client's IT and business needs. To provide centralised support to customers. To mentor Apprentices with onboarding to the company. To assist in projects as required, both remotely and on-site as required.
