First Line Support- Liverpool, Mersey Side- £25K

Role: Service Desk Engineer-1st Line Support

Location: Liverpool, Merseyside


My client who are a growing organisation are now on the hunt for another 1st Line Support Engineer to join their growing team on a permanent basis. As the Service Desk Technician you will be carrying out First Line Support engineer you will be responsible for the delivery of first line support to the business.

We are looking for someone who is great at working as a team member, and has at least 1 years of experience in an IT Support role.

The right person will be confident and passionate about IT and will have the desire to join a growing client of mine on a long-term basis, this person will be keen to move up the ranks of support in the near future.
