One of my BEST clients, who are an award-winning Law firm, are looking for a 1st Line Support Engineer to join their team on a permanent basis. You will be responsible for providing end-user technical support on the helpdesk - so customer service skills are a must!

Responsibilities:
** Active directory administration
** Liaise and manage support calls logged
** Resolve any general IT issues within the company
** Daily network monitoring
** Daily backup monitoring
** Server support and maintenance task management
** Server/ Desktop operating systems and hardware installation
** Provide out of hours support where required
Previous experience:
** One years' IT Support experience
** Windows /8/10
** Active Directory knowledge
** Understanding of DNS/DHCP
** Understanding of IT security (firewalls, antivirus etc)
** Understanding of networking and TCP/IP
