Role: 1st Line Support
Location: Coventry
Salary: £22K DOE

I am looking for a confident and customer-facing IT Support enthusiast to join a successful company in Coventry on a permanent basis as their 1st Line Support Engineer. This is an integral position to the function of the IT Department as you will be the 1st point of call for any and all IT-related issues - meaning that communication will be KEY! You will also gain lots of in-house training and exposure to a variety of different technologies that will allow you to grow from within and work your way up through the ranks.

Role Requirements:
** Working on the helpdesk to provide IT Support for 100+ users across 1 sites in Exhall, Coventry
** Deal with issues raised in a friendly and professional manner - either over the phone, email or face-face
** Shadow more senior engineers to gain a better understanding and level of knowledge around the day-to-day technologies used throughout IT
** Have a positive can-do approach to every task and the ability and confidence to be able to complete tasks independently when is needed
