My fast growing client are looking for 1st Line Support analysts to join their team on a long term basis. The successful candidate will have a passion for delivering customer service as well as strong technical knowledge.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Windows 10 and Windows Server
- Microsoft Small Business Server
- Exchange / Office 365
- Strong customer service skills
- Service Desk experience highly desireable
