Role: 1st Line IT Support Technician
Location: York, England (Hybrid)
Salary: £18,000 - £22,000 DOE

My client is a FTSE 100 construction company and are looking for an ambitious and hardworking 1st line IT Support Technician to join their tech team. As the IT Support Technician, you will provide on-site support, answering calls and resolving tickets at a 1st line level. You will have a dedicated training plan, regularly learning from Senior IT Support Technicians.

Excellent customer service is an absolute MUST for this position.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone starting off their career in IT.
