Role: 1st Line IT Support Technician
Location: Leeds, England
Salary: £20,000 - £23,000 DOE

My client works with clients from every sector of the economy across Yorkshire and has experienced outstanding year on year growth. As a result of an increasing customer base, they are looking for an intelligent and ambitious 1st Line IT Support Technician to join their team.

You will be working alongside other IT Support Technicians to resolve first line tickets on a service desk. You will also spend time as a build engineer, deploying imaging onto new devices.

This client has an unrivalled progression pathway, investing in staff from day one! You will be supported in pursuing qualifications as they are PAID for, and you will have dedicated study hours. You will have regular opportunities to work with Senior Technicians allowing you to quickly progress!

Skills from You:

- Active Directory
- Windows 7 - 10
- Knowledge of Windows Servers
- Office 365 support
- MDT, WDS, SCCM experience preferable
- Network troubleshooting
- Ticketing Systems
