Job description
My client is looking for a 1st line IT Support Technician to join them on a contract basis. The contract will initially be 3 months with the option to go permanent at the end. The role will initially be on-site (in Derby), and you may be given the option to be fully remote. I am looking for anyone with at least 1 year of experience in IT Support but I am willing to look at juniors too.
The ideal candidate will have experience in the following:
- Active Directory
- Azure and Sharepoint
- Outlook Troubleshooting
- Desktop support on Microsoft Windows and Office applications
- End-user IT Support
- Great communication skills
