Position: 1st Line Tehcnical Analsyt
Location: Borehamwood
Salary: £20,000 - £35,000 + Paid for Certifications!
One of my best Clients in Borehamwood are on the lookout for an experienced 1st Line IT Support Engineer to join their close-knit IT Team. The role entails delivering outstanding customer service by understanding Client's IT and business needs. You will also need to be able to mentor Apprentices with onboarding to the company and assist in projects as required.

Previous experience in an MSP role is preferred

Key Skills:
The role is to support and work with the latest Microsoft technologies. Ideal applicants will have 1-2 years' experience and demonstrate support knowledge to a 1st line level of the following technologies:
* Windows 7 & 10
* Active Directory
* Office 365
* Windows Server 2016/2019
